By purchasing Art from me you automatically agree to following these terms

  • I have the right to decline a commission for ANY REASON!

  • I retain all rights to my work. DO NOT use my art without proper credit. If you upload my art for anything other than personal use ASK FIRST.

  • You have the right to upload my art for any personal use (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries) with proper credit.

  • You are NOT ALLOWED to use my work for any NFT related purposes

REFUNDS AND WIPS

Can I get a refund?

- Once lineart on commission has been started I will not be able to give a refund.
- If you've asked for a refund during the sketch phase, partial refund is negotiable!
- If asked for a refund before the commission has been started you'll receive a complete refund.

When will my commission be finished?

You are always welcome to ask for a wip at anytime and I'd be happy to provide you with one! But please be aware your commission make take some time, and I ask you do not pressure me too finish it faster. Commissions may take up to 1-5 weeks to be finished once started. If a commission takes longer than the time given due to complications, I will keep you updated and allow a full refund if a commission is canceled due to my own circumstances.

Am I allowed to ask for changes to my commission?

You are free to ask for changes at anytime during the sketching phase no matter how big or small, please don't be afraid to tell me if something isn't drawn right for your character! During any other phase of drawing small changes may be possible if it's an easy fix (EX: wrong coloring on a character, missing patterns, design placement errors, etc.). I will let you know if I'm unable to go back and change it.
